Lil Durk is in even more hot water.
Although he’s been proclaiming his innocence ever since he turned himself in two weeks ago, it’s just been revealed that a judge has found enough probable cause to charge Lil Durk with intent to commit murder.
The decision comes after an Atlanta detective said there is video evidence of Durk’s guilt during today’s probable cause hearing, where it was revealed that the Chicago rapper is seen in surveillance footage driving a car and shooting a man outside The Varsity restaurant.
Durk is now facing multiple charges that include criminal intent to commit murder, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, while it’s been alleged that he robbed the victim of a gold chain and $30,000 during the incident.
Additionally, his co-defendant King Von was also hit with the same charges, while witness testimony also reportedly played a role in the court’s judgment.
According to Billboard, Lil Durk will remain in Fulton County without bond.
