DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH: Jehry Robinson – “Backburner” https://ift.tt/2Q3w6LW,

In this new entry in our ‘Diamonds In The Rough’ category, we want to introduce you to upcoming artist Jehry Robinson and his brand new single titled “Backburner”.

Jehry Robinson doesn’t just jump between genres. Rather, he integrates rapid fire rap, raucous reggae, raw rock, and dexterous pop into a bold Brooklyn blend with the dynamics and diversity of a one-man music festival.

After amassing a significant underground following, selling out local NY shows, releasing a self-titled EP and his debut independent album, he signed with independent powerhouse label Strange Music in 2019.  As Jehry became part of the Strange Music family, he collaborated with label mates Tech N9ne, Joey Cool, Krizz Kaliko, JL, and King Iso.

He also introduced some teaser songs from his album via three chapters: 20/Twenty Chapter 120/Twenty Chapter 2, and 20/Twenty Chapter 3, with all garnering spots on iTunes charts and collectively racking up nearly 1 million cumulative views and streams. On his 20-song Strange Music full-length debut album, 20/Twenty, he effortlessly bounces between styles while delivering an emotionally charged message.
