In this new entry in our ‘Diamonds In The Rough’ category, we want to introduce you to upcoming artist Kid Riz and his brand new single titled “Homie”.
Kid Riz is an artist that can rap, sing, produce his own music, and engineer and he’s only 19 years old. A music video for the song is in the works.
The R&B / Afro-Beat fusion makes this track wavy and the flow of the chorus does not peak but it rides nice, it does not have that conventional pop format, but it does keep you vibing right through the song. Regarding the lyrics, it depicts on how the artist would feel about a ride or die girlfriend. Not only is there love and passion but true friendship, hence the title “Homie”.
