In this new entry in our ‘Diamonds In The Rough’ category, we want to introduce you to upcoming artist Lady Bain and her brand new single titled “Unwrap Me”.
Cassandra Bain is a former Detroit police officer who shifted her focus after a near fatal car accident. Following the accident she lost the love of her life to dementia and found herself only relying on one thing, her love for music.
Cassandra let music become her salvation for dealing with devastation by deciding to dust off her old Nat King Cole and Nancy Wilson records and play it as loud as she could throughout the house. During this time, Cassandra founded her name as Lady Bain and began creating her own sound.
Lady Bain’s “Pure Love” won the Best New R&B Single Award for Poze Productions. Her new album will be released in March 2021.
Lady Bain recently recorded her first Holiday album (specifically for the Christmas season). Her Holiday single “Unwrap Me” was released on Thanksgiving Day 2020!
