In this new entry in our ‘Diamonds In The Rough’ category, we want to introduce you to upcoming artist SHI and her brand new single titled “Drown”.
SHI, the young new artist to watch was born and raised in the Detroit Metropolitan area. However, both of her parents are of Jamaican heritage. Her music is a touch of world music, R&B and Pop influenced by her reggae and MoTown roots.
“Drown” is an R&B and Trapsoul mix with a melodic bridge that allows you to vibe and calm your mind while listening. The lyrics like always are deep and poetic falling right into SHI’s style. The track is produced by Mac Trigger and is mixed and mastered by DJ Mercilless.
