In this new entry in our ‘Diamonds In The Rough’ category, we want to introduce you to upcoming hip hop/punk group New Plague Radio and their brand new single titled “Methamphetamine Dance”.
Experimental hip-hop group New Plague Radio formed when emcee Chief Redeye asked Berklee trained multi-instrumentalist Donovan Wolfington to bandlead his live set. Wolfington brought in Devin Taylor, and the three began writing songs between rehearsals. Their EP The Beeswax came out in December, along with their debut single and video “Methamphetamine Dance”. With an absolutely ballistic live set and undeniably original material, New Plague Radio’s music is as catchy as… well, you know.
